It’s hard to believe another year has wrapped up. When we look back at 2024, we don’t just see numbers on a spreadsheet; we see the hum of printers, the rush of the holiday season, and the incredible stories you trusted us to tell. It was a year defined by the small-but-mighty spirit of our team and the collaborative energy that keeps us going.

From the production floor to your living room walls, this year was about refining how we care for your memories. Before we dive into 2025, let’s take a quiet moment to remember the milestones we crossed together.

The Rhythm of the Production Floor

There is a unique heartbeat inside our facilities-a mix of machinery humming and the team laughing. This year, that rhythm got a little faster and a lot smoother.

Do you remember the excitement in Cockeysville, Maryland, when the new conveyor belt finally started rolling? It was a massive project led by Jennifer Blaisdell and our production crew. It wasn’t just about machinery; it was about ensuring every single print moved seamlessly from our hands to yours.

Meanwhile, over in York, PA, we changed the way we package your stories. The arrival of the Packsize Machine felt like a game-changer. Suddenly, we weren’t just shipping boxes; we were creating custom-sized, sustainable protection for every order. It was our way of saying that your memories deserve a safe journey home.

New Textures for Your Stories

2024 was also the year we focused on how memories feel. There is something special about holding a physical book, running your fingers over a linen cover, and knowing it will last for generations.

We introduced colors that felt like a breath of fresh air-Seamist, Mulberry, and Fog. These Linen options weren’t just new shades; they were new moods for your photo books, adding a touch of elegance to the shelf.

For those seeking something even more timeless, we rolled out the Vegan Leather collection. Seeing the Pebble Black and Cranberry covers come off the line was a highlight. They are soft, luxurious, and completely cruelty-free-a perfect home for your most best moments.

And of course, a great story needs a great title. We loved seeing how you used the new embossing options, following the expert advice from our Art Director, Niki, to give your albums that professional finish.

Seeing the Big Picture

Sometimes, a memory is too big for a small frame. This year, we expanded our Acrylic Prints to include 14 new sizes, including our massive 40×50″ print. It’s a statement piece, designed to turn a moment into a mural. Whether it was mounted with aluminum standoffs or a classic keyhole, seeing your photography presented with such crystal-clear depth was truly inspiring.

The Moments That Defined Us

Beyond the machinery and the merchandise, 2024 was defined by people.

We cheered for Frannie Ortiz during our Employee Spotlight (our most popular Reel of the year!), and we paused to admire the breathtaking beauty of the Aurora Borealis in our staff photo picks.

We also came together for a cause close to our hearts, raising over $30,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association. It’s a reminder that preserving memories isn’t just our business; it’s our passion.

And nothing warms our hearts quite like hearing from you. Margie H. reminded us why we do this when she wrote about her holiday prints:

“I took these pictures with my Google android and didn’t really have high hopes. They look better printed out than they did on my phone. Absolutely gift worthy.”

As we close the book on 2024, we are thinking of the 6.4 million prints that left our facility this year. That is 6.4 million smiles, sunsets, and celebrations shared. Thank you for letting us be a part of your story. Here is to creating even more together in 2025.
